New Flat Rate Shipping only applies to ground shipping ONLY. All orders will take approximately 1-3 business to process. Shipping will take approximately 3-7 business days for delivery. MojoUptown only ship to US customers only unless otherwise authorized by an authorizing manager. Additional shipping fees will apply to out of country orders. We also reserve the right to refuse selling products to customers we deem inappropriate to sell to due to fraudulent, spams, hoax, and/or illegitimate customer(s).
All orders out of the US will require an additional $20 for shipping charges. Please send payment via Paypal.
Return Policy
• MojoUptown will authorize returns on products that have not been opened or used. IF the product does not meet the aforementioned condition, no credit or refund will be issued. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to MojoUptown on returned items, and MojoUptown will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back.
All products returned MUST: be 100 percent complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the boxes.
• Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items; MojoUptown will match your shipping method on your replacement or exchange item(s).
• MojoUptown STRONGLY RECOMMENDS you fully INSURE your shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. MojoUptown also provides insurance from delivery company as an option and also upon requests.
• All returns can be returned directly to MojoUptown within 14 days from the invoice date, at MojoUptown's discretion for: credit, replacement or exchange.
All return orders subject to a 50% restocking fee plus shipping charges as well. Refunds will only be issue upon shipment is returned under condition as it was sent out. Upon completion of inspection of shipment without damages, defects, swapping of fake products, then a refund will be issue. Refund will take approximately 2-3 business days.
